The new program will warn if cavitation flow is present, whether you have flashing flow or not, and will calculate noise level per IEC standards. The new LVCV MAX is available online or offline. The LVCV Classic is only available offline and will not be updated.

The install requires admin permissions. It also asks for a reboot to automatically start the service but you can do it manually from the start menu:

Richards Industries -> ServiceLVCV -> Service Management, select Start Service.

After a reboot or a manual start, you should be able to load the app in your browser with the Online LVCV link on your desktop from the start menu or a bookmark.
Once started, the program will remain available via the links until you uninstall.
